Dr. Saporiti Nicoletta is a Senior Consultant of Immunology, Rheumatology, Allergy and Rare Diseases Department. Her main areas of expertise are:  diagnosis and treatment of respiratory, food and drug allergy as well as chronic urticarial/angioedema in an outpatient and day-hospital inpatient setting.
She has as a specific expertise in performing skin and challenge tests for drug allergy (including contrast media, monoclonal antibodies and anti-cancer agents) and in desensitization protocols, which allow allergic patients to safely receive drugs implicated in previous immediate-type reactions when no other alternatives are available.
