Professor Vignali Andrea is Head of IBD disease Unit at Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery at San Raffaele Research Hospital. He is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University Vita e Salute of Milan. He performed over 1,500 surgical procedures as a main surgeon, mainly related to the treatment of colon and rectal cancer surgery, inflammatory bowel diseases and general surgery. Most of them performed using a mini-invasive technique.
