Dr. Giulia Martina Cavestro is an Associate Professor of Gastroenterology at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Milan.
Since 2011 she is the Head of the Biobank of gastroenterological neoplastic and inflammatory diseases, the San Raffaele Research Hospital, Milan.Since July 2015 she is the Chief of the "Gastrointestinal Personalized Medicine" programme for the study, screening, prevention and surveillance of hereditary gastrointestinal cancers (Lynch syndrome, Adenomatous polyposis syndromes, Peutz Jeghers syndrome, Juvenile polyposis syndrome, PTEN-hamartomatous tumour syndromes, Serrated polyposis syndrome, Hereditary diffuse gastric cancer, Familial/Hereditary pancreatic cancer) and early onset gastrointestinal tumours.
