Dr. Caterina Conte is a Consultant at the General Medicine and Transplant Unit, Division of Immunology, Transplantation and Infectious Diseases, of the San RaffaeleResearch Hospital. Hers clinical expertise includes medical management of patients undergoing pancreas and/or kidney transplantation, medical and nutritional management of patients undergoing bariatric surgery, and medical/nutritional management of obese subjects. Hers research focuses on insulin resistance and its relationship with bone health, obesity and diabetes.
