Dr. Director of the Unit Graziano Barera

Doctor Graziano Barera is Head of the Paediatrics Unit and of the Neonatology and Neonatal Pathology Unit at the San Raffaele Research Hospital in Milan. Holds a possition of adjunct Professor at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University. The paediatric department has expert skills in paediatric endocrinology, diabetology, gastroenterology and allegology, with more than 10.000 outpatient visits and more than 1,500 hospital admission per year. In his neonatology unit there are 2,400 newborn babies per year; it has expertise in neonatal intensive care, and in the management of very preterm babies.
