Dr. Maria Elena Schiani is an Assistant at the Breast Imaging Unit and at the Diagnostic Radiology Unit of the San Raffaele Research Hospital in Milan. She performed over 2,000 mammographies and 2,000 breast ultrasounds and over 100 breast invasive procedures performed (core needle biopsies, fine needle aspirations and radio guided occult lesion localizations ROLL). She is co-author of 2 clinical articles on diagnostic imaging in international peer-reviewed journals, and of 3 book chapters on breast imaging. More than 20 speeches at the National and International Congresses of Radiology.
