Dr. De Luca Giacomo is a Consultant Rheumatologist at the Unit of Immunology, Rheumatology, Allergy and Rare Diseases (UnIRAR) at the San Raffaele Research Hospital.
He is the responsible for management and therapy of over 500 patients affected by rheumatic immune-mediated diseases (Systemic Sclerosis, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and other Connective Tissue Diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Gout and pseudo-gout, Inflammatory myositis, fibromyalgia, osteoarthrosis, Hystiocitosis, Behcet disease, small vessels and large vessels vasculitis) as well as by other immune-mediated diseases (interstitial lung disease, myocarditis, pericarditis, thymoma, eosinophilic fasciitis, scleromyxedema and other Scleroderma like disorders, autoimmune encephalitis).He is the Chief of the Division of Systemic Sclerosis and Cardiovascular Immunopathology and of the Autoimmune Myocarditis Clinic at UnIRAR.
