APPLICATION FOR PREVENTIVE AUTHORIZATION CROSS-BORDER HEALTH ASSISTANCE
Legislative Decree no. 38 of 4.3.2014 transposing Directive 2011/24 / EU
All the request both S2 or Refund have to be send min 40 days before departure in case or emergency 15 days before departure and in any case to wait for the approval by National Health Governative Office.
