First of all, we receive requests from the patients, and the call center agent responds to all the questions as soon as possible. After getting the request, the call center agent does the consultation with the doctor and the medical team and gets back to the patients with the treatment plan. The agent explains the treatment and the details of the operations when the process is completed. Subsequently, the patient arrives we pick the patient up with the VIP transfer from the airport to the hotel. Usually, we give the patient 5 days of accommodation for the operations period (Depending on the operation). For the next day, the doctor does the physical examination, and after that, the patient goes to the hospital with an assistant who works for our company to do the preoperation tests. The following day, if the patient does not have any problems with the results of the tests, the operation will be done. One day later, the patient will be discharged and picked up at the hotel to take a rest. After two days after the operation, the patient has control and after the confirmation of the doctor, the patient will be picked up by VIP transfer to the airport and return back to home.
