From 1983 to 1986 he worked as an Internal Physician at the Department of Pneumology and Respiratory Allergology of the ""C. Forlanini"" Hospital in Rome, In the years 1985-1986 he worked as an Emergency Room Doctor at the ASL VT 2, from 1988 to 1991 he was Head of the Pneumology and Respiratory Rehabilitation Service of the ""Machiavelli Medical House"" in Rome, from 1988 to 2001 he held the position of Medical Assistant at the Polyspecialist Rehabilitation Institute of Nemi (Rome), from 1998 to 2001 he held the position of Head of the Pneumology Clinic of the ""San Giuseppe"" Nursing Home in Rome and in the years 2001-2003 he was Pulmonologist at the ""San Raffaele"" Nursing Home in Velletri (Rome). Since 2000 he has been Head of the Pneumology Service of the ""Città di Roma"" Nursing Home and of the Respiratory Pathophysiology and Allergology Service of the ""European Hospital"" Nursing Home (Rome).
