OphthalmologyDr Alessia Antonelli, an orthoptist in Rome, graduated as an ASSISTANT ORTHOTOTIST IN OPTALMOLOGY in 1998 with a 70/70 mark cum laude from Tor Vergata University. From 1998 to 1999 she perfected her profession at the C.T.O. Hospital in Rome. Since 2000 he has been collaborating in various private ophthalmic practices. She deals with the prevention and assessment of ocular muscle deficits that reduce binocular vision, such as amblyopia (lazy eye) and strabismus, both in adults and children. Assesses ocular motility and binocular vision disorders (diplopia-double vision). Assesses and rehabilitates visual fatigue syndrome (asthenopia) that can affect those who spend many hours in front of digital devices.
