Dottore Ortenzi Leonardo
Nutrition"Dr. Leonardo Ortenzi, a nutritional biologist in Rome, has always been passionate about sport and nutrition and has chosen to become a biologist. Nutritionist in his secondary school years, years in which he learned the burdens and honors of being an athlete. Her academic training began with the achievement of a degree in Biological Sciences at La Sapienza University of Rome in 2019 with a degree thesis focused on the neurophysiological bases of binge eating disorder, dedicated to all those people who have entered a tunnel from which they struggle to get out. In 2022, Dr. Ortenzi obtained the title of Doctor of Human Nutrition Sciences at the University of Rome Tor Vergata with a degree thesis focused on nutritional preparation in athletes with disabilities, dedicated to a friend and to all those who pursue the five-ring dream on a daily basis. He currently continues his training at the Sanis Academy: a school of nutrition and supplementation in sports with the aim of refining his knowledge to allow everyone to achieve their goals. During his training and professional activity, he has expanded his skills in the development of personalized training programs for water sports and in the development of specific nutritional paths aimed at maximizing the sports performance of an athlete.
