SenologyDr. Stefania Bellisari is a breast specialist in general surgery in Rome with a focus on oncology and a sonographer. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery, laude, at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 1988 and specialized at the University of Naples "Federico II" in General Surgery specialising in Oncological Surgery. In December 2017 she obtained a Master's Degree in Internal Ultrasound Diagnostics and Ultrasound-Guided Therapies, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Rome "A.Gemelli" Polyclinic. She is registered in the National Register of Sonographers SIUMB. He has carried out and continues to carry out free-lance outpatient activities in Senology and Ultrasound in Rome (from 1993 to today), performing over 25000 ultrasound examinations. Specifically, he deals with ultrasound diagnostics of the abdominal and pelvic organs, ultrasound diagnostics with color-doppler of the breast, thyroid, superficial and deep lymph nodes, salivary glands, superficial swellings and identification of clinical-instrumental procedures for the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
