He was borned in Rize at 1970, graduated from Medicine School in the first place and became a Medical Doctor at 1995 continued his education and also become a Neurology specialist in Ege University in the year 2000. Specialized at : Epilepsy, Migraine and headaches Neurological intensive care, Electrophysiology, EEG-EMG, Swallowing disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral vascular blockages, Speech disorders in aphasia type, Parkinson's disease, Botulinum toxin application in muscle spasms and headaches. Awards : Prof. Dr. Sultan Tarlaci received a research encouragement prize from Brain Researches Association in 2000 and second research encouragement prize from TÜBİTAK- Brain Researches Association in 2001. He received the award of Turkey Journalist’s Society Sedat Simavi Health Sciences in 2003. He received an award from NeoCortex Student Society which is a Medicine School gathering the departments of dentistry, mainly Veterinary medicine health sciences under the same social roof and who leads them to scientific researches. He is also the founder and the editor in chief of NeuroQuantology international magazine that tackled nerve science and quantum physics, that also been Published on 2003. He is the founder and Chief Editor of NeuroQuantology magazine which is also accepted by the international scientific databases (SCI, SCI-E) on January 2008. He stil continues his duty at the magazine and published a book at abroad called NeuroQuantology. (Nova Publisher., 2014) More than his 40 articles that entered SCI has been published, within the topics of Neurology, neuroscience, neurophilosophy. Prof. Tarlacı attends many TV programmes as a guest speaker related to the neuroscience, brain, cognitive sciences, boundary sciences, nerve science, different states of consciousness and behavioral sciences. He has also written a book about “Emergency Neurological Diseases” (2004/2008) and also published a novel named ‘’197 day’’ on 2014. And his most popular scientific published books are “Death Dictionary” (2016), “Why did Schrodinger's Cat Became Schizophrenia?” (2017) and “From Cave to Mars” (2017) Even nowadays Mr. Tarlaci is writing a book that contains addressing social events, finding fact of individual-society and brain-behavior relations, violence and altruism, and human psychology
