Born in Elazığ in 1971, Kemal Kavut graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry, which he won in 1988, after completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Elazığ, in 1993 as the top student of the term. Kavut, who went to his hometown of Elazig the same year and worked as a freelance dentist for 2 years, came to Çorlu in 1994 due to his military service. Along with his military service, he opened his free practice in Çorlu. After receiving training on implant and over-implant prosthesis, which is a special branch of dentistry abroad, after military service, he returned to Çorlu in 1998 and established Sevgi Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic. He made investments in corporate work and team organization in the dentistry sector. 

He turned the clinic where he previously worked in Elazig into a corporate branch and turned it into a polyclinic. Anadolu Sevgi Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, which employs 2 dentists, 10 assistant staff, and 12 people in total, has been operating in Elazığ for 26 years, affiliated to the center in Çorlu.
Kavut, who currently manages the Sevgi Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, where 2 orthodontics professors, 1 periodontology professor, a large number of dentists and a total of 50 trained and equipped people work in an area of ​​900 square meters, serving in all branches of dentistry. enlarged. He is still a member of many professional associations such as Tema Foundation Çorlu Volunteer Representative, Clinical Orthodontics Association, Turkish Oral Implantology Association, Turkish Endodontics Association, Aesthetic Dentistry Association, Turkish Periodontology Association, Oral and Maxillofacial Diseases Association.

  Kavut, which actively continues its professional investments with the ideal of establishing an Oral and Maxillofacial Health Hospital, in order to raise the oral and dental health of the society to higher levels, to raise the dental working standard and institutional work to higher levels, is in the Oral and Maxillofacial Health Hospital in a 10.000 m2 closed area. In all branches of dentistry under general anesthesia conditions, Trakya aims to provide preventive dentistry, family dentistry and high-level dentistry services to patients coming to our country and abroad.
