Biography

Embryologist and CEO of the Ovoclinic group. Enrique started as a specialist in assisted reproduction in 2006, and since then his professional career has been marked out by many successes and achievements in this field of medicine. Practising as an embryologist in the best clinics in Italy and the United States, he has trained in the latest laboratory techniques and undertaken research which has led to the improvement of cell freezing protocols and their application in clinics in Spain, where he worked as a Laboratory Director.

Currently, Enrique is the CEO of Ovoclinic assisted reproduction clinics, Ovobank – Europe’s first egg bank -  and Fertility at Home. These days, Criado teaches many diverse specialist courses (theory and practical) and forms part of the teaching team of the first university postgraduate course dedicated to human assisted reproduction, with the UAL (University of Almeria) and the Maternity and Children’s Hospital, Torrecardanas.
