Professor Oreste Gentilini is the Chief of the Breast Surgery Unit at the San Raffaele Research Hospital in Milan, where he is also the leader of the research activity in Breast Cancer Surgery Unit. Performed over 5,000 breast surgical procedures as a main surgeon. Chairman of the SOUND (Sentinel node vs Observation after axillary Ultra-souND) prospective randomized multicentric international trial.
