Biography

Dr. Montorfano Matteo is the Director of Percutaneous Valve Treatment and Structural Heart Disease Programme at the Interventional Cardiology Unit, the San Raffaele Research Hospital and Co-Director of Catheterization Laboratory, Interventional Cardiology Unit. He is professor at the Master's Programme in Interventional Cardiology, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University. He has extensive experience - over 6,000 procedures - in percutaneous coronary interventions, including the use of adjunctive devices, such as intravascular ultrasound, pressure wires, rotablator, laser and thrombectomy devices.
