Benefits of cocoa
1️⃣ Cacao is rich in polyphenols, particularly catechin and epicatechin. In the plant world, polyphenols are essential for defense against oxidizing agents (such as UV radiation), parasites and microbes.
2️⃣ Consumption of cocoa, or chocolate, rich in flavanols is associated with maintaining good vascular elasticity and improving endothelial function (EFSA).
3️⃣ Cocoa is rich in magnesium (up to 250 mg per 100 g), which is well known to have an analgesic effect, particularly for chronic pain, including migraine, and riboflavin, which has been shown to reduce the frequency of migraine attacks in adults.
What PEA does
1️⃣ Anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory: modulates inflammatory processes, including chronic inflammatory processes.
2️⃣ Analgesic: effective as an analgesic agent, particularly in chronic and neuropathic pain.
3️⃣ Antimicrobial: PEA exhibits antimicrobial properties by supporting the immune system against pathogens.
4️⃣ Neuroprotective: protects nerve cells from damage and stress.
INGREDIENTS: 70% dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), Pea (palmitoylethanolamide). Gluten Free.
