The company was founded on January 1, 1947, and in its current form has been
operating since January 1, 1993 as the legal successor of the Hotel Company for Istria. The
company currently owns and operates thirteen three- to five-star hotels, five villas and one
campsite. Accommodation facilities are located in one of the most exclusive and beautiful areas
of the Republic of Croatia - Opatija Riviera, with the center in the most attractive positions in
Opatija. Within that, except in the area of  Opatija, the remaining ones are located in the area of
Ičići, Mošćenička draga, Lovran and Medveja
