How the check-up is structured
The check-ups focus their attention on some diseases of great importance, for which an accurate and timely diagnosis is of fundamental importance in order to intervene and prevent the onset of serious diseases.
The basic check-up is the first step to assess your well-being. The patient, then, can choose which diagnostic path to follow according to sex and age. The check-ups include blood and instrumental examinations and specialist visits aimed at providing a photograph of your health. Paideia also offers the possibility, with the check-up plus, to perform diagnostic programs aimed at the study of specific symptoms or to deepen already known pathologies. A multidisciplinary team studies, on a case-by-case basis, the path and the necessary tests for a targeted diagnosis and therapy. The patient is followed also in the following months thanks to the service of remembering visits and scheduled checks.
How the programme is held
The check-up lasts one morning and the patient is accompanied at all times and for all visits. It takes place in a dedicated space of the clinic, designed for maximum comfort and respect for individual privacy. The patient is entrusted to an internal doctor, coordinator of the medical path, who visits the patient and follows the process. The coordinator, in fact, is always in contact with the specialists for a continuous update of the clinical results and in case of need indicates further in-depth examinations, which can be performed on the same day if they do not require special preparation. The conclusion of the process takes place with the delivery to the patient of a detailed report by the Coordinating Physician. At the end of the check-up the patient can (on request) meet the doctor to ask for information on the results of the examinations performed and possibly the therapies to be followed.
