Dr. Jabarvand's fellowship is anterior segment from Tehran university of medical science in 1997 and ophthalmology residency in Tehran university of medical science in 1994. his Ph.D is medical doctorate in ourmia university of medical science in 1987. Dr. Jabarvand in the founder of refractive surgery services of Farabi eye hospital and also founder of SPU  of Farabi eye hospital.
