The Rheumatology and Immunology Service was established in 2021 and has become a leading center in Yerevan for the management of periodic, inflammatory, and autoimmune diseases. Treatment follows international guidelines and includes modern biological therapies for more effective and safer disease control. We provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for both common and rare conditions, ranging from rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus to various forms of vasculitis and hereditary immune disorders. Complex cases are managed with particular attention to accuracy, safety, and long-term disease control. The service is equipped with the full spectrum of modern diagnostic tools, including advanced immunological testing joint ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). These technologies allow for early and precise detection of disease, enabling timely intervention and more effective treatment strategies.
